Doodhi (Pumpkin) Raitha
Ingredients:
- Beaten curds: 2 cups
- Pumpkin or Doodhi, peeled and finely grated: 100 grams
- Roasted and powdered cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tblsp
- Charoli-1 tblsp
- Ginger: 1” piece minced
- Raisins: 1 Tblsp
- Garam Masala: ½ tsp.
- Corriander leaves: little.
- Salt and chilli powder to taste.
Method:
Steam the vegetable and squeeze out all the moisture.
Mix into the curds with the rest of the above ingredients.
Sprinkle raisins, charoli and coriander leaves before serving.
