Doodhi (Pumpkin) Raitha

 

Ingredients:

  • Beaten curds: 2 cups
  • Pumpkin or Doodhi, peeled and finely grated: 100 grams
  • Roasted and powdered cumin seeds: 1 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tblsp
  • Charoli-1 tblsp
  • Ginger: 1” piece minced
  • Raisins: 1 Tblsp
  • Garam Masala: ½ tsp.
  • Corriander leaves: little.
  • Salt and chilli powder to taste.


Method:

Steam the vegetable and squeeze out all the moisture.  

Mix into the curds with the rest of the above ingredients.

Sprinkle raisins, charoli and coriander leaves before serving.
