Pudina Raita

 

Mint leaves - 1 small bunch
Beaten curds - 2 cups
raisins - 25 gms
cimin seeds - 1 tsp
salt to taste

 

Grind mint, cumin seeds and raisins to a paste.

Mix into the curds with salt and chilli powder and serve cold with Rotis or hot Dosas.
