Mulana Thepla
Ingredients:
- 500 grams wheat flour.
- 3 radishes, peeled and grated
- 4 green chillies, minced.
- A handful of sliced corriander leaves.
- Pinch asafoetida.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- Salt to taste.
- 2 tblsps. oil.
Method:
Mix together all the above ingredients with the exception of radishes.
Squeeze out water from radishes and add, then add enough water to form quite a stiff dough.
Then prepare and fry like Moong and Potato Rotla.
