- Beaten curds: 250 gms
- Gram flour: 50 gms
- Roasted and grounded cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Ginger: 1” piece
- Poppy seeds: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tblsp
- Green chillies: 2 (minced)
- Sliceed coriander leaves: handful
- Garam masala: ½ tsp
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
Mix flour with salt, ginger, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, chillies, salt and coriander leaves. Mix it with enough water to form a thin batter. Cook this over slow fire and till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.
Put this in a greased plate or thali and even out the surface. Set aside for cooling. Thereafter, cut into small pieces. Mix sugar with curds and dhokli pieces.
Sprinkle and top it with garam masala, chilli powder and coriander leaves.
