Coriander Chutney
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch corriander leaves.
- 1 / 2 coconut
- 4 flakes garlic.
- 4 green chillies.
- 1 small ball of tamarind.
- 1 small piece ginger.
- 1 tblsp. sugar.
- A few leaves of mint.
- 1 small onion.
- Salt to taste.
Method:
Soak tamarind in little water for 5 minutes then squeeze out the pulp.
Grind the remaining ingredients to a paste and mix into the tamarind pulp.
