Coriander Chutney

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch corriander leaves.
  • 1 / 2 coconut
  • 4 flakes garlic.
  • 4 green chillies.
  • 1 small ball of tamarind.
  • 1 small piece ginger.
  • 1 tblsp. sugar.
  • A few leaves of mint.
  • 1 small onion. 
  • Salt to taste.

 

Method:

Soak tamarind in little water for 5 minutes then squeeze out the pulp.

Grind the remaining in­gredients to a paste and mix into the tamarind pulp.
