The Holiday mood that started with Dasara and Diwali continues into the year end with Christmas and New Year. Christmas is celebrated with the same gusto as other festivals in India.
And Christmas also means lots of cakes, chocolates and other sweet varieties. Many, including my mom, do not eat cake because they have eggs in them. In the video that follows, Anuja and Hetal make a delicious Chocolate Cake minus the eggs. So enjoy this Christmas with this delicious cake and spread cheer all around!

good video just wanted to know what flour was used plain or self raising
Enjoyed your video on eggless chocolate cake. I had a request by a bride for her new Indian Mother-in-law. It is necessary that she have no eggs and I was very pleased to find your video and recipe. Just one thing I plan to change will be “softasilk” cake flour for a richer cake. And I may use cold coffee in place of the cold water. Looking forward to trying your wonderful recipe. Thanks,

when you are cooking did you add water?becouse in the ingredient it dosn’t say add water.so how is that liquid enough can you help me even i tryed to listen but i can’t here what you are saying which means i could see you puted some liquid but you didn’say the name.I think you should have the method & the ingridient written.
