Thenga Burfi (Coconut Burfi or Barfi) or Thengai Barbi as I have been calling it has somehow missed a place in the Blog as well as in the site. It was sheer coincidence when I found Anuja and Hetal from Show me the Curry prepare this heavenly Coconut dessert delight.
