Ingredients:

Onions - 5 or 6
garlic - 10 flakes
tomatoes - 1/2 kg
dhania - 1 tblsp
jeera - 1 tblsp
red chilli - 7
poppy seeds - 1 tblsp
coconut, scraped - 2 tblsp
roasted gram - 1 1/2 tblsp
coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
oil - 2 tblsp
salt
sugar - 1 tblsp

Method: Chop onions and garlic finely. Grind tomato into a puree(thick gravy). Fry dhania, jeera and red chillies in little oil. Dry roast poppy seeds in a pan till brown. Add scraped coconut, roasted grwam, coriander along with roasted ingredients and grind to a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan. Season with mustard. Add the chopped onion and garlic and fry till golden brown. Pour tomato puree into the mixture along with salt and sugar. Boil till it becomes thick like a gravy. Garnish with fil\nely chopped coriander leaves.
