Here’s a quick potato recipe to serve up as an evening snack:

Ingredients
8 -10 large potatoes boiled and peeled
1 cup kabul channa
1 tblsp chaat masala
1 tblsp ginger ( a small flake)
2 tblsp green chillies chopped
1 tblsp coriander leaves
2 tsp lime juice
salt to taste
Method
Boil and peel the potatoes thouroughly. Cut the potatoes in halves and remove about 75% of the pulp. Put the potato pulp, channa, chaat masala, ginger, dhaini, salt and lime juice in a bowl; Toss them well and mix together. Fill this mixture in the hollowed potatoes. Arrange in a serving dish and granish with coriander leaves and sprinkle a bit of chaat masala before serving.
