The fetive season is here and it will continue well until the next year. With all the Dusshera celebrations at home, I hadn’t posted in quite some time.
Keeping in mind the series of festivals that are going to come, I found Manjula’s video (courtesy: youtube.com) for making Rice Kheer or Payasam (as it is called down south India).
Payasams are a must in any Indian festival menu and with slight variations different varieties of Payasams can be made easily. This video for Rice Kheer gives you step by step instruction to make this sweet treat.
