Banana Rolls
4-5 bananas
4 tsp wheat flour 3 tsp ghee 10-12 badam 10-12 pista Cottage cheese,dry coconut,sugar,khova-1/2 cup of each.
Fry the wheat flour in a pan lightly. Heat ghee in the other pan and add the bananas and fry it quickly. To this add the fried wheat flour,sugar and mix it fast. Cool this mixture for sometime.then add cottage cheese,khova,and the dry coconutpowder and mix it well. Add pista and badam. Fry the other half of the dry coconut till it reduces to half of the original. Banana rolls are ready. Store it in an airtight container.
