Urad Dhal Bajia
Ingredients:
- Urad Dhal: 250 gms
- Corriander leaves: 1 small bunch
- Ginger: 1 “ piece
- Green chillies: 4
- Garlic: 4 flakes
- Onion: 1 small
- Coarsely grounded cumin seeds: 1 tsp
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
Method:
Soak dhal for a few hours in water.
Drain out the water and grind to a smooth paste. Grind the remaining ingredients to a coarse paste and mix into the dhal.
Form into small balls and deep fry to a goldern brown colour. Drain and serve with chutney of your choice.
